Darryll Colthrust was brought into Palmer Capital at the beginning of the year to lead on their digital transformation strategy. Palmer Capital owns and manages more than £900m of UK property assets and aims to be at the forefront of the real estate tech revolution. The business is aiming to put data at its heart to enable it to drive and promote agile decision making.
Dominic Grace heads global property adviser Savills’ residential development activity in London and sits on Savills UK’s board. Savills has ramped up its tech focus, having invested in VU.CITY, a startup that produces interactive 3D digital city models, as well as having formed Workthere, a tech-powered flexible office brokerage service. Dominic’s clients include Grosvenor, British Land, Argent, Land Securities, Canary Wharf Group and Helical.
Dustin Strydom, director of Automation Services at Open Box will showcase their Automation Engine software, which was built specifically for the property industry, to allow property companies to rethink how they allocate tasks to their workforce.
